Guest Mode (no account required)

When you click “Continue without account”, Paxalia runs entirely on your computer.

  • All data is stored locally on your machine (in a hidden folder called .paxalia).
  • No internet connection is needed — everything works offline.
  • All core features are available: timer, calendar, notes, goals, themes, charts, and summaries.

Important: Because your data only lives on your computer, it can be lost if your hard drive fails, your computer is stolen, or you accidentally delete the .paxalia folder. There is no automatic backup or recovery.

Free Account (sync & safety)

Creating a free Paxalia account adds a safety net to your data:

  • Sync — your data is uploaded to the Paxalia server and can be downloaded on any device.
  • Backup — even if your computer crashes, your data is safe in the cloud and can be restored.
  • Security — enable Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account.
  • Pro Upgrade — unlock exclusive themes, higher limits, and an ad‑free experience.

Your data remains private. Paxalia never sells or shares your information.

What happens if I sign up later?

If you start in Guest Mode and later decide to create an account, your existing local data will be merged into your new account automatically. Nothing is lost.

Paxalia is designed so you never have to choose between privacy and safety — you can start private and connect when you’re ready.
