What is sync?
Sync keeps your timers, notes, goals, timelines, and settings identical across all devices where you use Paxalia with the same account.
How sync works
- Push: when you make changes on one device, they are uploaded to the Paxalia server.
- Pull: when you open Paxalia on another device, it downloads the latest data from the server.
- Sync runs automatically when you open the app and after each session upload.
Manual sync
You can force an immediate sync from the Home page by clicking the sync icon in the top bar. Use this if you’ve just logged in on a new device and want to pull the latest data instantly.
What syncs
- Timer sessions and history
- Calendar notes, goals, and timing blocks
- Timeline entries
- Summaries
- Customize Day templates
- Theme preference and language settings
Offline mode
If you’re offline, Paxalia works normally. Any changes you make are saved locally and automatically pushed to the server the next time an internet connection is available. No data is lost.
