Logging in

Use your username and password on the Login page or directly in the desktop app. Once logged in, your data will sync automatically.

Enabling Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your password, you’ll also need a one‑time code from an authenticator app on your phone.

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Security (or visit the Security dashboard).
  2. Click Enable Two‑Factor Authentication.
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  4. Enter the 6‑digit code generated by the app to verify setup.

Recovery codes

When you enable 2FA, you’ll receive a set of single‑use recovery codes. Save these in a safe place – they let you regain access if you lose your phone. Each code works once.

If you lose access

If you lose both your phone and recovery codes, contact support with proof of account ownership. We can help you recover your account after verification.
