Upgrading to Pro takes less than five minutes. You’ll need a USDT wallet (TRC‑20) and an active Paxalia account.

Step‑by‑step

  1. Log into your Paxalia account.
  2. Visit the Pricing page and click Upgrade to Pro (or go directly to the checkout page).
  3. Choose a plan: Monthly ($1.99) or Yearly ($17.99).
  4. Copy the USDT (TRC‑20) wallet address shown on the checkout page.
  5. Send the exact amount from your wallet. Double‑check the network is TRC‑20.
  6. After sending, email [email protected] with:
    • Your Paxalia username
    • The transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet

What happens next

Once the payment is confirmed (usually within a few hours), your account will be manually upgraded to Pro. You’ll receive a confirmation email. The change takes effect immediately – restart the app and all Pro features will be unlocked.

Renewals

Pro is a subscription. Before your period ends, you’ll receive a reminder email. To renew, simply send another payment and email us the new TXID.

Troubleshooting

  • I sent the wrong amount: Send the remaining balance and email both TXIDs.
  • I used the wrong network: Contact support immediately. Funds sent on the wrong network may be lost.
  • My Pro features aren’t showing: Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, email support.
